At Candy Claws, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and unused beauty products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
